I ask for at least 48 hours to confirm any setup, and ideally a week for more elaborate decorations. For high-demand Rio dates — Carnival, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day — it's worth reaching out even earlier.

Yes. On the morning of your check-in I send photos on WhatsApp confirming everything is ready. That way you can share with whoever's behind the surprise, or simply walk in already knowing what awaits you.
The special-occasion decorations and the schedule adjustments (early check-in, late checkout) are available at both Canto Carioca I and Canto Carioca II. The Nescafé Dolce Gusto machine is only available at Canto Carioca I.
